High-quality, aging-resistant fibers made from pine sulfate pulp (alkaline treatment). The colored fibers are dyed with a neutral substantive paper color with good to medium lightfastness. The types of pulp are: white pulp and the five basic colors, whose coloring is ideal for use with aged paper.
All fibers can be mixed with each other to achieve different shades. Basic colors can be dyed using two groups: the level 1 light dye group and the level 4 dark dye group. The fibers are described as yellow, brown and black, but they look different when diluted and become dark pink and blue.
White and light fibers can be mixed with the light group of dye fibers, achieving darker colors. By mixing white fibers with the medium or dark group, medium shades are achieved. If very light and very dark fibers are mixed, a mottled paper is created.
