Shipping and returns
Arte&Memoria shipments are made by the logistic operator Envialia.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, after confirmation of payment, for the products in stock destined to mainland Spain.
Delivery times stipulated on the web can be altered at different times of the year, such as Sales, Christmas, during the month of August and other special campaigns with discounts, and can exceed 48 hours the delivery of the order.
Orders placed after 12.00 in the morning will be processed from the following day.
Certain products may be subject to stock availability. In case the requested product is not available in our warehouse, we will notify you by email.

Delivery times given are approximate. If for reasons beyond our control there are delays, our customer service will inform you.
Arte&Memoria is not responsible for the change of address for the delivery of the order or that the data provided by the user was inaccurate or incomplete, so the expenses of possible redirections or second deliveries will be charged to the recipient. It is advisable to verify the delivery address when receiving the order confirmation.
You can track the order using the shipping reference code, which you will receive by e-mail along with the delivery note, so you can follow the package on the carrier's website.
Our online sales service does not allow the warehouse pickup option. For more information contact our customer service.
Arte&Memoria will apply a charge for preparation and delivery expenses of € 6.70 plus VAT for orders to mainland Spain.
For orders to Balearic Islands, the cost is € 12.00 plus VAT.
For shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla please contact our customer service.
For international orders outside Spain, Arte&Memoria online store service will contact you to confirm the shipping costs and proceed with your payment.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The maximum term to return the products is 10 days from the reception of the package. The return of the merchandise will be accepted if it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
- We offer you the possibility to change the product or to receive the amount spent for the product returned (not including shipping costs).
- If the returned product does not correspond to what is requested or is defective, contact us as soon as possible. Arte&Memoria will take care of the shipping costs and we will send you a new product without any charge.
- If the product suffers damage during transportation (open package, bumps, breakage of packaging, etc.), you must reject the package, indicate it on the delivery note and communicate it to Arte&Memoria within a maximum of 24 hours from the reception of the merchandise, to manage the incident and resend the goods.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To make a return send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Use the original packaging to package the product, including the accessories and documents inside the package.

When receiving the merchandise, we will check its status and, if it is correct, we will contact you to send another product or to pay the amount of the returned product in the same payment method used during your order.
