Moistop barrier film

Laminate consisting of Polyester, Aluminium  and Polyethylene. It is used to prevent corrosion and moisture damage. The Aluminium foil layer acts as a gas barrier. It is often used for lining showcases as a barrier against gas emissions from wood or MDF board.

Benefits

- Up to 80 times more effective at preventing water vapour ingress than polyethylene
- Substantial reduction in desiccant usage offers overall savings
- Resistant to physical damage, UV, acid, alkalis, chemical and biological degradation
- Saves costs on outer pack quality, case linings and preservatives
- Much quicker to heat seal with better seal integrity
- Approved to UK, DEF, STAN 81/41 & USA MILB131H
